The Hostess or Host is a critical person at the Six String Grill and Hill Country Golf & Guitar as she/he is the "face" of the restaurant, the ambassador and frontline marketing representative.  Duties include:

• Greet guests when they arrive
• Manage flow of guests to table
• Manage reservations and special events
• Assist servers and server assistants with larger parties
• Track daily specials and help with advertising on boards and postings
• Support mini-golf course during the day, as needed
• Maintain a positive attitude and work to create a great experience for everyone
  

• A great smile and attitude
• Attention to detail
• Food Handlers required is supporting servers and carrying food
  

Hill Country Golf & Guitar and the Six String Grill seek to be a family-friendly environment first.  We will serve all ages, but our guiding philosophy will be to provide a safe and fun environment for young people and families to share experiences and make memories in a positive environment.
