Position Overview

We are looking for a bright, dedicated F&B Host/Hostess to support the Restaurant team during the brakfast, lunch and dinner service, satisfying all guest needs and exceeding their expectations.

Responsibilities
 

• Be the first point of contact when guests enter the dining area;
• Welcomes guest according to the resort standards and escorts them to their table;
• Assisting the F&B leadership team on ensuring the overall dinning experience expectations of the guest;
• Satisfying guest needs and exceeding their expectations by projecting a positive hotel image through proper grooming, appropriate verbal communication, and taking responsibility of guest needs;
• Keeping high personal grooming standards and maintaining a neat uniform;
• Assisting in the setup and breakdown of special events and functions;
• Completing opening & closing responsibilities.
   

Qualifications
 

• Need to be competent in the use of Micros;
• Knowledge of dining room and kitchen procedures helpful;
• Good communication skills;
• Excellent presentation and grooming standard;
• Fluent in english, other languages are a plus.
