Job Description:

Provides Hospitalist Services and works primarily at the hospital rendering professional medical services to hospitalized patients.  Services include care of medical observation patients, inpatients referred for care by members of the hospital’s medical staff or other referral sources, and patients seeking and requiring care through hospital’s emergency department who do not have a personal physician on the hospital medical staff from whom to seek care.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Current KY Medical License and DEA license required; board certified. Competence in professional medical practice including teaching leadership and management skills required. Completion of residency with current medical license required.
