A growing hospice organization is seeking experienced Hospice Sales Representatives throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. This is an opportunity to join a team that values clinical excellence, strong referral partnerships, and exceptional patient care.

What You'll Do:
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, case managers, assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, and other referral sources
• Educate healthcare professionals on hospice services and benefits
• Develop and execute territory growth strategies
• Serve as a trusted resource for patients, families, and healthcare partners
• Drive census growth while maintaining the highest ethical standards

What We're Looking For:
✔ Hospice sales experience preferred
✔ Proven track record of building referral relationships and growing census
✔ Strong communication and networking skills
✔ Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented professionals
✔ Knowledge of the Dallas-Fort Worth healthcare market is a plus
