Job Description

 Nurse Manager position overseeing Home Health Services in Eugene, Oregon, that is part of a of a non-profit, faith based healthcare system. This role will support an active Home Care team that supports over 500 patients in the Eugene/Springfield area. Selected candidate will focus on continuous quality improvement, regulatory requirements, evaluate staffing needs, and manage the Home Health budget, as well as support the nursing and rehab supervisors in leading the nursing and rehab home care teams.

SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS

Does the candidate have a RN License? 

Does the candidate have a Bachelors degree in Nursing? 

Does the candidate have at least 2 years leadership experience? 

Does the candidate have a minimum of 3 years clinical experience in Home Health? 

Does the candidate have leadership experience in home health services? 

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Ideal candidate will be an experienced manager in home health services, with a few years experience as a RN in home health who is knowledgeable of the regulations with home health, and experience with budget management. Strong leadership and communication skills.
