Job description

We are looking for healthcare professionals who want to work, make money, take care of our cherished population of elders, and would like a flexible schedule.  If you are able to work two Sundays a month and any other day of the week....please submit your resume for review.

We have two models of care:  In-home and temporary staffing to fill gaps in assisted living, SNF, Rehabs, Hospitals, and similar environments.

As part of our care team, Home Health Aides support our clients by maintaining their ability to continue living at home safely with the proper support. An HHA will provide certain personal care and other health-related services as described in the individual's care plan.

  • Provide health care services in patients’ residences
  • Monitors patient condition by observing physical and mental condition, intake and output, and exercise.
  • Assists with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming)
  • Light housework (e.g. cleaning, laundry, etc.
  • Prepares and serves meals, snacks, and other similar tasks
  • Perform domestic and household tasks
  • Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc.) and report on their condition
  • Maintain patient care records and document provided services
  • Instruct and counsel patients and families on diet and exercise
  • Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support
  • Enhances service reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different req
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Must be vaccinated
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Home Health Aide certification preferred
  • Minimum of 6 months of work experience, preferably in-home care, a skilled nursing facility, or a hospital setting
  • Possess and maintain current CPR certification
  • Must have a reliable mode of transportation
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
