Compensation & Miles

• Average Weekly Gross: $1,100 (~$57,200/year)
• Stop Pay: +$40.00 for every stop on your route
• Weekly Distance: ~1,800 miles per week

Job Details & Operations

• Touch Level: 100% No-Touch Freight
• Daily Work: Balanced mix of live loading/unloading and drop-and-hook container runs
• Coverage Area: Regional intermodal loops originating out of Eastern Pennsylvania dispatch terminals

Schedule & Daily Home Time

• Home Time: 100% Home Daily (end every single shift in your own bed)
• Shifts: Choice of Day Shifts or Night Shifts
• Work Schedules:
  • Option A: Sunday – Thursday
  • Option B: Tuesday – Saturday
• Weekends & Holidays: Weekend work is standard to maintain steady freight flow. Holiday shifts are only required if they land on your regular workdays.

Candidate Requirements

• License: Valid Class A CDL with an active DOT Medical Card (no special endorsements needed)
• Hiring Radius: Must live within 50 miles of Eastern PA terminals (covers Allentown, Bethlehem, Lehigh Valley, Berks County, and surrounding towns)
• Required Experience (Solo Drivers Only):
  • Minimum 6 months of verifiable CDL-A tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years, OR
  • Minimum 12 months in the last 5 years
  • (Not open to trainees or team drivers)
• Safety Rules: Clean MVR, solid work history, and mandatory drug screening
