What does that actually look like?

Your days are active. Pool games. Sports sessions. Music. Talking to guests from all over Europe. Being part of a team that is visible and present throughout the day.

Your evenings are different. Shows. Events. Theme nights. Sometimes it’s relaxed. Sometimes it’s loud. It depends on the program and the guests. You are part of creating that atmosphere.

It is real work. You follow schedules. You have responsibilities. You support your team. You represent the hotel every day.

But it’s also a season abroad. You finish work and you’re already by the sea. You share accommodation with colleagues. You build friendships fast. There’s music, team dinners, beach sunsets and yes — sometimes parties too.

Requirements

You don’t need professional entertainment experience. You don’t need to be a performer already. Basic English, energy and openness are enough. You grow into the role as the season progresses.
