• Manages and supervises the Production Concept org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
• Designs and leads initiatives with regard to Production Concept
• Takes responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of responsibility
• Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of responsibility
• Manages and supervises multiple org units within Production Concept
• Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth
   

• Level of Education: Engineer Or master’s degree.
• Branch Of Study: Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial or equivalent
• Experience : At least 6 years’ experience in Production within the automotive industry, in a leadership position,
• Language : French and English are mandatory
• Social competences:  Communication /Social & intercultural sensitivity / Change management /Target & result orientation/ Motivation & resilience /Self-organization /Conflict management / Teamwork
• Professional competence : Master the Lean Manufacturing, Hoshin Kanri & Continuous Improvement Technique.
