What You'll Be Doing

• Support daily asphalt plant operations by performing general labor tasks and equipment assistance.
• Monitor material flow, perform basic plant checks, and communicate irregularities to the plant operator.
• Assist with routine maintenance, cleanup, and safe work area organization.
• Use hand tools and support equipment to maintain plant efficiency and reliability.
• Work collaboratively with plant and loader operator teams to meet production goals.

• Ability to work safely around heavy equipment and follow established safety procedures.
• Capability to learn plant processes, material flow, and maintenance tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and awareness of changing conditions during plant operation.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability, adaptability, and readiness to take on a variety of tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

What We Offer

• $24.61 per hour.
