Hiring Recruiters

We are looking for a Recruiter ( Junior and Mid level) who will help us shape, build, and scale our organization.

Location: Johor Bahru

Positions : 1 each

Responsibilities:

Manage and drive full recruitment process from initial outreach to offer.

Build a pipeline of top talent through researching and sourcing for candidates.

Value and continue to build a great candidate experience by engaging with candidates throughout the interview process.

Partner with hiring teams and talent team to develop and execute on sourcing strategies.

Develop effective interview plans to support hiring managers with their decision process.

Manage offer process, partnering with hiring managers, HR teams.

Qualifications:

Atleast minimum 2 years full life-cycle of Blue and white collar recruitment experience.

Ability to effectively evaluate technical and non-technical aptitude.

Experience in sourcing for production operators and technicians through multiple channels (including social media, targeted sourcing campaigns, networking events, etc.).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements

Must be flexible with hours , its not a 9 am to 5 pm role, must be accessible on phone when needed.

Must be a Malaysian.

Team player and must be able to meet the targets.
