Job Summary
Profile: Marketing Manager / Marketing Executive
Note*: Looking from Real Estate Experience.
Shouls Have His Own Two Wheeler for Travelling
Should be from the Delhi NCR
Roles & Responsibility:

• Generate leads and converts into deals.
• Follow -up/track leads and convert leads into confirmed business.
• Properly communicate with clients.
• Co-ordinate with clients regularly and build relationships and improve business prospects.
• Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining the market,
• competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected
• business; establishing targeted market share.
• Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships
• Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing, and campaigns.
• Gather and update the property data regularly (through primary and secondary research) to
• build and maintain the property database
• Maintain relationship with Real Estate Developers, Government agencies, Landlords and
• Brokers in collating real estate related data/information

Job Location - Delhi NCR

Qualifications and Skills
Requirements:
Willing to travel locally/field work
Good interpersonal skills and high attention to detail
Proficient with MS Office
Applicant should have experience in maintaining the large databases
Applicant should have excellent spoken and written English
Communication and Influencing Skills.
