Quality Custom Distribution is now hiring CDL A Delivery Drivers to work at our Roseville Location in Minnesota 

 

QCD Roseville is hosting a walk-in hiring event for CDL A Drivers at Quality Custom Distribution 2501 Walnut ST Suite 400 Roseville MN 55113. (Must have an updated resume on hand to give to the Hiring Manager) (New CDL A Drivers are encouraged to come in)

This hiring event will be every Tuesday, Weds and Thursday.

Times for walk-in interviews as follows 

9AM - 11AM

2PM - 4PM

Key Items and Requirements

• Must have an updated resume present to the walk-in hiring event
• This is 100% touch freight delivery 
• Drivers avg 10 - 15 stops
• Must be able to do local and out of town routes (No layovers)
• Please dress interview appropriate
•  Must be able to pass a MVR, Clearinghouse, and Background Check

🚚 What You’ll Do

Local multi-stop routes from our Minneapolis distribution center to QSRs in MN, IA, SD, and ND.

• 100% touch freight

• Pallet jack + liftgate

• Product is down-stacked into customer coolers and freezers

💵 Pay + Schedule

• Pay: $1,700–$2,200/week (local). Team routes pay more

• Schedule: 4 days/week

• Shifts: Dispatch at 8PM and 9:30PM 

• Weekend: 1 weekend day required

• Holidays: Some required

🛠 Equipment + Routes

• 48"/53" automatic reefer trucks

• Local: 8–14 hour routes

• Team: 16–32 hour runs (no layovers)

📌 Requirements

• Valid CDL-A

• 1+ year CDL experience preferred

• Can lift 75 lbs repeatedly

• Clean, DOT-compliant driving record

• OK working in heat, cold, rain, and snow
