High School English Teacher

We are looking for a High School English Teacher for a bilingual school based in Qingdao. This position is available from the upcoming 2026-2027 academic year starting in August 2026.

Located in Qingdao West Coast New Area, this private K-12 boarding school offers a full educational pathway from primary through high school, including an international division with overseas-oriented curricula. The school is known for its broad academic provision, focus on holistic student development, and well-equipped campus environment. It currently serves more than 2,500 students and has a team of over 350 teachers, including 20 expat teachers.

Job details

• Teach the subject of English to high school students ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
• Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
• Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum
• Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
• Develop supportive and safe learning environments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• At least 2 years of school teaching experience
• Teaching certificates
• Excellent English communicative skills
