HGV I Driver

Our client based in Harwich are a global business group with significant operations across several key UK sectors, including the food, hotel, leisure and construction industries.

They are looking to recruit, on a permanent basis, experienced Class 1 HGV Drivers.

Working out of their main distribution and warehousing site in Harwich, Essex they are looking for professional, experienced drivers to deliver to clients using one of their new fleet of vehicles.

Working Monday through to Friday with up to 2 night out per week, this is the maximum amount of nights out that you will required to do, night out allowance and parking fees paid. 

Candidates must have excellent customer services skills, be confident of working unsupervised and willing to deliver/collect goods as required by their Logistics department. Reliability and flexibility is key, occasional night working may be required.

If you have permission to work in the UK, have held a valid licence for more than 2 years, have less than 6 points on your licence, a DQC and digital tacho card, we would like to hear from you.

An HGV Class 1 licence is essential.
