JOB TITLE

• Healthcare recruiter responsible for recruiting and presenting qualified healthcare candidates (LPN, RN to medical facilities and to maintain a constant pool of candidates)

• conduct screening interviews with qualified nursing candidates in a timely manner.

• co-ordinate with client scheduler regarding staffing and maintain the scheduler up to date.

• Attend career fairs, open house or other seminars are required.
• visit facilities to maintain client relationship and provide superior customer satisfaction.
  
• The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 Years experience with a proven track record of health care staffing, tapping hidden markets; have the ability to build successful relationships with all internal and external resources.
  
• Must have new business development skills and selling negotiation skills.
  
• Ability to communicate effectively in, written and verbal format, and professionally with co-workers, supervisors, and clients.
  
• Must have Proficient computer skills
