This position is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating evidence-based health education programs that encourage healthy lifestyles and improve health outcomes.</p><br>As a Health Educator with the Northeast Health District, you will join a dedicated team of public health professionals committed to protecting and improving the health of Georgia's communities.
