Health Care Assistant - ENFERMERO (turno vespertino)

Purpose Statement:  Provide health care assistance to Plexus employees.

Key Job Accountabilities:

• Healthcare Services and Programs: Provide basic healthcare services to the Plexus employees, suppliers, visitors and anyone entering the facility. First aids attention to incidents and general illness. Support the implementation and follow up of health and safety programs, assessing health risks, in addition to the prevention and treatment of resultant illness or injury.
• Document all employee injury and illness and keep this information confidential. Maintain the documentation in order and support the compliance of regulatory requirements
• Employee Wellbeing: Provide an excellent service to all the employees to meet their health requirements.
  Promote good health among employees by assessing them at regular intervals, keeping health records for every employee. Support for medical examinations to new employees and the medical surveillance to the occupationally exposed workers.
  
   
• Compliance: Execute regular audits for the food preparation areas to guarantee the hygiene conditions to prevent food related illness.
  Meet the requirements for the maintenance of the site certifications (ISO 14001, OEA/ C-T-PAT)

Education/Experience Qualifications:

• Typically requires less than 1 year of related experience.
