Health Care Assistant

•Providing non-medical support related to nursing care services to inpatients in the assigned section or room to ensure patient comfort and the smooth running of nursing operations

•Carry out daily patient care activities, including bathing patients, bed making, and other activities within the specified amount of responsibility

•Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the room as well as the cleanliness, completeness and availability of equipment and tools that will be used or have been used in accordance with applicable procedures and regulations

•Pick up and deliver operational needs, including laboratory samples, medicines, examination results, food and drinks, to help smooth nursing operations

•Receive guests at the nurse station in accordance with service standards set by the Hospital

•Perform weekly inventory requests and reporting to ensure completeness of inventory used in related nursing services

•Receive incoming calls to ensure the information received has been conveyed to all interested parties

•Perform data entry on bed status in the system

•Ensure that patients do not leave items in the hospital or take hospital property with them

•Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, collecting data, documenting and/or making reports needed to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department/unit targets

•Minimum High School/ Vocational High School Graduate

•any related major

•Have minimum 6 months work experience in the same field
