We now have an exciting opportunity available for a Health & Wellbeing Specialist to join us in our Health & Wellbeing team in Sydney on a 6-month fixed term basis.
 

Reporting to the Health & Wellbeing Manager, you will play a key role in providing advice and services to line management in the application of Health and Safety (H&S) practices. This role may also provide specialised advice in a technical area of H&S, ensuring the well-being of all employees.
 

The location for this role is flexible and hybrid; and we will consider locations on the east coast of Australia for the right candidate.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process Workers’ Compensation and Salary Continuance claims.
  • Establish case management strategies in conjunction with relevant parties
  • Mentor and coach junior team members
  • Prepare data on safety performance and identify trends & opportunities for improvement.


Your background

  • Strong understanding of workers compensation and injury management best practices.
  • Excellent advisory and implementation skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
