• Manages and supervises the Supply Chain Management org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
•  Designs and leads initiatives with regard to Supply Chain Management
• Takes Responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of Responsibility
• Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of Responsibility
• Manages and supervises multiple org units within Supply Chain Management
• Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth

Functional accountability for Supply Chain Management on Production facility level

• Customer Demand Planning
•  Procurement
• Warehouse Management

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Materials Management, Customer Service or Operations within the automotive industry.
• Experience working with OEMs and Tier 1 automotive customers.
• Strong understanding of customer-focused supply chain operations and production environments.
• English: C1 (advanced professional communication level)
