Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end studio operations, production roadmaps, and resource allocation across AI model launches, videos, and ongoing publications.
• Lead cross-functional alignment with communications, marketing, research, and legal teams to deliver confidential, high-visibility projects.
• Direct external production houses, agencies, and freelance vendors to scale studio capacity and maintain production standards.
• Hire, manage, and coach a team of producers, setting clear expectations and fostering professional growth.
• Integrate AI tools into studio pipelines to drive production efficiency while maintaining ethical guidelines and product excellence.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 9 years of experience leading the production of projects from creative brief through launch.

Preferred qualifications:

• 10 years of experience managing complex video production, motion graphics, and digital publishing workflows.
• Experience using studio project management platforms (e.g., Asana ) for capacity planning and tracking.
