Head of Operations (REF HO)

The following managerial opportunities exist in an emerging city tours company, representing one of the best global sight-seeing brands, and inspired to provide international standard municipal recreational tour services in Abuja, and with time, other selected Nigeria cities as well.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the company, with a view to delivering on the profit goals and core values of the business.

The holder of this position will be responsible for the effective maintenance, monitoring and optimization of the tour buses, management of the ground and coach crew, daily administration of the office, coordination and oversight of ticket sales, ensuring efficient/effective operations, security administrations, supplier management, as well as the overall infrastructure support systems for exceptional customer experience.

Requirements:

A very good university degree in any business or social science with a minimum of 4-5 years supervisory experience in tourism, transport or related business

Strong capacity to deal with non-professional staff.

Excellent report generations skills

Good numeracy/account appreciation skills

Strong business knowledge of computer applications

Age: not above 32 years.
