This one is about building. You'll be the person who puts structure where there's momentum — the experienced hand in the room who makes sure the business is growing right, not just growing fast. You'll report directly to the CEO, work closely with a Head of Finance counterpart in Asia, and lead a team of three accountants who need a great mentor as much as they need a great manager.

What you'll own

• Accounting operations end to end: books, local cash management, reporting, compliance, and local regulatory requirements — all clean, all current, all audit-ready at any given moment
• Team leadership: manage and grow a team of three accountants; be the person who raises their game
• Financial truth: build and maintain sources of truth for revenue, costs, and all key metrics — so leadership always knows exactly where the business stands
• Scalable processes: design the finance infrastructure that can keep up as the company keeps opening doors

What success looks like

In six months, the numbers are clean and everyone knows it. Reports are reliable. The team is stronger. And when an auditor walks in, you're ready — not scrambling.

• Senior finance professional with strong accounting fundamentals
• Someone who has worked in startups, lean teams, or low-bureaucracy environments — you know how to build, not just maintain
