Head of Data & IT Strategy - Graphics Solutions Business

HP’s Graphics Solutions Business (GSB), a $3B revenue organisation, is seeking a seasoned Head of Data & IT Strategy to lead its next phase of digital and data transformation. This role reports to the GSB CIO and is responsible for shaping and executing the GSB IT and data strategy, building modern data platforms, and driving AI-enabled business transformation in close partnership with HP’s global data organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise data transformation across GSB in partnership with HP Global Data organization

• Build, manage, and scale a data engineering team

• Define and shape the GSB IT strategy aligned with business priorities

•  Design and implement modern data platforms supporting AI/ML use cases

• Act as a strategic partner to senior business and IT stakeholders

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years of IT leadership experience in large, global organizations

• Strong experience in enterprise applications implementation

• Deep expertise in data platforms, data engineering, and architecture

• Proven ability to define and execute IT strategy

• Managerial experience leading global teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise-wide data transformation

• Exposure to AI/ML initiatives

• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
