• Creating business models, planning, and driving innovation to increase the number of visits and revenue of the hospital

• Conducting market analysis and benchmarking to better understand patient needs at the hospital's location, grasp business opportunities, and as a basis for planning appropriate strategies

• Establishing and developing business relationships with the surrounding environment of the hospital or other external parties (government agencies, public institutions, companies, etc.) to manage referrals

• Evaluating, improving, and designing information and communication media related to the hospital's healthcare products and services to ensure effective and efficient information dissemination

• Creating and analyzing healthcare service packages of the hospital based on the needs of departments/services existing in the hospital for the improvement of hospital service quality

• Demonstrates the ability to lead and coordinate teams
