Head of Auto Loan

We're looking for a Head of Auto Loan to lead and grow our auto lending business —owning strategy, partnerships, and portfolio performance within Consumer Finance.

What you will do:

• Own the auto loan P&L revenue growth, volume, and profitability
• Build and manage partnerships with dealerships, Showrooms and auto marketplaces
• Oversee the loan lifecycle origination through disbursement and drive strong turnaround times
• Partner with Risk, Legal, and Compliance to ensure the business operates within regulatory requirements
• Build, lead, and develop the auto loan team
• Report portfolio performance and strategic updates to senior leadership

To succeed in the role, you’ll need to have:

• 8+ years in consumer/auto lending, including 3+ years in a leadership role
• Track record owning a lending P&L at scale
• Experience building or scaling dealer/partner distribution networks
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with portfolio and performance data
• Fintech or banking experience preferred
