Head of Accounting and Controlling (m/f/d) Manufacturing Company

Our client is a globally leading and successful industrial group. For the production site in the Paderborn area, we are currently seeking an experienced Head of Accounting and Controlling (m/f/d).

Your Responsibilities:

• Leading and further developing the efficient Accounting and Controlling team
• Preparation and consolidation of monthly and annual financial statements for individual entities
• Cost accounting
• Controlling
• Budgeting
• Reporting
• Liaising with auditors, tax advisors, and banks
• Supporting the CFO of the German group in all matters

Requirements

Your Qualifications:

• Professional experience in accounting and controlling in a manufacturing company; alternatively, background in auditing
• Degree in business administration with a focus on accounting/controlling or comparable qualification
• Solid knowledge of tax law as well as HGB and IFRS
• Initial experience in professional and disciplinary leadership
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
