Job Description

• To ensure all laboratory activities are carried out with respect to quality and technical are compliance with documented policies and procedures.
• To ensure that all laboratory personnel are properly trained and competent to perform their job professionally without any undue influence from any quarter.
• To ensure the laboratory quality procedures and work instructions in used are up-to-date.
• To ensure all purchase of services and supplies for laboratory operations is properly conducted to meet the requires specification.
• To ensure effective implementation of procedure documented in various management system (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000 & OHSAS 18001).
• To monitor manpower for sampling and QC Inspection activities.
• To monitor the testing activities and results of boiler water, effluent and RO water is complying to specification and its requirement.
• To coordinate and liaise with customer, operation and engineering department pertaining to sampling, testing, QC inspection and product loading plan operations.
