Job Purpose:

• Lead and manage the strategic growth and operational excellence of the Bank’s distribution channels which include multi-asset and multi-client distribution platforms. ​
• Drive profitability through effective product distribution, client engagement, and alignment with the Bank’s overall business objectives.​

Job Requirements:

Strategic Leadership ​

• Develop and execute distribution strategies to achieve annual KPIs and long-term growth targets.​
• Align distribution initiatives with the Bank’s strategic priorities, including multi-asset and multi client distribution, and client wallet optimization.​​

Business Development & Client Engagement​

• Expand and deepen relationships with retail, CHNW and Digital clients to maximize wallet share.​
• Drive cross-selling opportunities across equity, fixed income, derivatives, and other multi-asset products.​
• Represent the Bank in industry forums, seminars, and client education initiatives.​​

Channel Management​

• Oversee performance of commissioned representatives, brokers, sales - people and respective marketing teams.​
• Ensure effective distribution of products and services through multiple sales channels, including digital platforms.​​

Governance & Compliance​

• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal risk frameworks.​
• Implement robust controls and reporting mechanisms for distribution activities.​

People Leadership​

• Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing distribution team.​
• Foster collaboration across departments to deliver integrated client solutions.​

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.​
• Minimum 12–15 years of experience in investment banking or asset management, with at least 5 years in a senior distribution role
• Strong understanding of capital markets, investment products, and distribution dynamics.​
• Proven leadership in managing large teams and driving business growth.​
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.​
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and risk management practices.​
