Head Coach- JV Volleyball

St. Luke’s School seeks a dynamic, dedicated, and inspiring Head JV Volleyball Coach to lead our volleyball program. The Head Coach will serve as a mentor and role model for student-athletes, guiding them to grow not only in their athletic abilities but also in character, resilience, and leadership. This individual will support the educational mission of the school while cultivating a program that promotes integrity, excellence, and teamwork. 

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

• Strong communicator with students, parents, alumni, and administration
• Desire and ability to continue to grow and cultivate the program as one of the region’s best
• Passion for the sport of volleyball and for developing, leading, mentoring, and inspiring student-athletes
• Passion for working with and inspiring student-athletes
• Strong knowledge and experience within the sport of volleyball
• Taking the lead in practice planning, game planning, and communicating these plans with student-athletes and coaches
• Help to manage equipment inventory for the team in conjunction with athletic administration
• Work with our athletic training staff to ensure the health and safety of all student-athletes at all times
• Perform all other duties as assigned by Athletic Director
