Head/ Business Planning & Development

[What you will be working on]

• Market State properties to potential new market players through promoting State properties as unique real estate assets.

• Curate tenant mix for unique asset type including integrated community buildings.

• Rejuvenate State properties to meet market needs and emerging trends through engagement with stakeholders.

• Direct, lead and collaborate with other agencies on strategic properties and projects.

• Work and collaborate with other government agencies to contribute to the land use planning and development of Singapore.

• Explore strategies of allocating State properties such as the execution of Price and Quality tenders through careful curation of the quality criteria/aspects.

[What we are looking for]

• Proven experience in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business Development, Building and Property Management, or a related field

• Confident negotiator who can effectively engage both internal and external stakeholders

• Experienced in leading and developing a team

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

• Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills

• Relevant experience in managing leasing, advertising and promotion for retail malls / integrated developments will be a plus
