Qualifications:

- Vietnam qualified

- Good command of English

- 1-4 years Post-Qualified Experience with preference for relevant experience in M&A, Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, Finance and general corporate law.

- Experience in law firm.

- University (LL.B) or higher level degree

Key Tasks:

- Researching laws and assisting partners/senior associates in providing legal advice to clients, practical and commercial;

- Performing due diligence, providing first review and/or first draft of transaction agreements (SPA, SSA, SHA,Charter, etc.), financial agreements (loant, credit facility, etc.) and other necessary documents/agreements upon instruction by clients/senior associates;

- Advising, drafting, submitting and following application documents for licensing works;

- Translating and proofreading documents;

- Liaising with relevant authorities for their opinion/clarification.
