Job Details:

Pay Rate: $18.00/Hour

Schedule: 5:00AM until production ends

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Must be committed to working safely at all times. Must display a working knowledge of the job safety analysis. Must promote a culture of safety to others.

• Must be committed to working safely and ensuring that others in our facility do the same.

• Must be willing to train in safety hazard recognition as well as performing daily department safety inspections.

• Must be a “Safety Leader” whom willingly promotes our safety culture to all.

MUST BE ABLE TO HANG UP TO 28 BIRDS A MINUTE ROTATING WITH 2 OTHER PEOPLE.

MUST KEEP BIRDS PICKED UP AND AREA CLEAN WHILE ROTATING

MUST PERFORM OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED BY SUPERVISOR.

ENVIRONMENT: DUSTY, HOT, WET, COLD, HUMID.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

FULL USE OF HANDS AND ARMS, REPETITIVE MOTION OF HANDS, STANDING FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME, GOOD HAND/EYE COORDINATION, ,PULLING, PUSHING, BENDING, WALKING, STOOPING, REACHING, GRIPPING, SQUATTING, LIFTING UP TO 40 LBS OR MORE
