Harness Engineer

Apply to this job1. Take charge of introducing and implementing new products, new processes and new equipment in the factory, cooperating with other functional departments to ensure their successful implementation and achieving the expected results.
2. Be responsible for the manufacturing process of wiring harnesses and the design and implementation of production lines, cooperating with IE to build a reasonable production line.
3. Be responsible for continuously optimizing the production line, cooperating with IE and MFG to reduce working hours and improve efficiency.
4. Be responsible for the wiring harness equipment, leading the team to evaluate, introduce, implement, conduct daily maintenance, maintenance, and manage spare parts to ensure the stable and normal operation of the equipment.
5. Be responsible for the timely delivery of factory samples, track the progress of the samples, and promote the production and timely delivery of the samples.
6. Support factory admission audits and PPAP audits, including but not limited to document preparation and scheme review.
7. Other tasks assigned by the factory management.
