Role Summary:
We are looking for a Hardware Operations & Program Engineer to support appliance-related operational processes across project execution, procurement, service operations, supplier coordination, and process automation. This role will initially focus on structured execution and operational follow-up, while gradually building appliance hardware domain knowledge and program management capability to support appliance projects, appliance-related service programs, and future hardware lifecycle operations. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operational workflows throughout the turn-key appliance lifecycle.
 

Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution & Coordination

• Support appliance hardware project execution through milestone tracking, issue follow-up, schedule coordination, sample readiness tracking, and cross-functional communication with PM, RD, supply chain, finance, logistics, and vendor teams.
• Assist with project operational activities, including hardware documentation follow-up, sample allocation, project status tracking, and support for NPI / EVT / DVT / PVT / MP-related coordination as required.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service partners — including OEM/ODM partners, logistics partners, and regional stakeholders — to ensure timely issue follow-up and operational closure.
   

Procurement & Logistics

• Support appliance procurement activities, including PO tracking, execution follow-up, and related documentation, with the ability to understand appliance components and specifications involved.
• Coordinate intercompany shipment arrangements and support logistics execution and tracking for appliance-related items.
• Assist in demand forecast data consolidation, tracking, and reporting, with basic awareness of appliance hardware lifecycle and supply constraints.
   

Reporting & Process Improvement

• Prepare status summaries, risk tracking, action item lists, and management-ready reports to support internal reviews and decision-making.
• Use AI-assisted tools, automation workflows, Excel templates, dashboards, and process documentation to improve efficiency, data quality, and handover readiness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Experience or internship exposure in hardware operations, supply chain, procurement, service operations, project coordination, or vendor management preferred.
• Strong ownership mindset, structured follow-up capability, and detail orientation, with a proactive approach to managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Openness to adopting AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Familiarity with basic appliance hardware concepts is a plus.
