No Remote support experience/ No IT lab support ( No Laptop or desktop support people) .  

Key Responsibilities:

• To Coordinate and assemble servers/systems based on guidance from Engineers and Project Managers.

• Should be able to do the Root cause analysis up to the component level on the Enterprise Servers.

• Should have hands on experience on the OS installation & configuring the hardware components for Windows, Red hat Linux on Enterprise Servers & ESXi.

• To update BIOS/CPLD/Firmware on Mother Boards & firmware update on HDD.

• To be able to do Component level Reworks on the PCB using High End Rework Tools

• To do the recovery of systems, teardown and processing of units for final disposition after project completion

• Qualification & Experience:

• Qualification: Diploma in CS/ECE/EEE (or) B.Sc CS/Electronics (or) BCA

General:

• Good Technical Knowledge on Server Products.

• Good Communication Skills.

• Good Task Management Skills
