Gynecology oncology Specialist / Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Gynecology Oncology Specialist/Consultant to join our expert healthcare team. This pivotal role involves providing specialized care to patients with gynecological cancers, focusing on accurate diagnosis, effective treatment, and compassionate support throughout the patient journey.

The successful candidate will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans that include surgical, chemotherapeutic, and supportive treatments to optimize patient outcomes. You will also be responsible for engaging in patient education, clinical research, and maintaining high standards of medical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments and diagnostic procedures for patients with gynecologic malignancies.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans involving surgery, chemotherapy, and other therapeutic modalities.
• Manage chemotherapy administration and monitor patients for adverse effects.
• Perform surgical interventions and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize care.
• Educate patients and families on disease processes, treatment options, and supportive care.
• Participate in clinical research activities to advance the field of gynecologic oncology.
• Ensure comprehensive and accurate patient documentation in compliance with healthcare standards.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• Completed residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology and fellowship in Gynecologic Oncology.
• Board certification in Gynecologic Oncology is mandatory.
• Valid and active medical license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in gynecologic oncology.
• Advanced proficiency in surgical oncology procedures related to gynecologic cancers.
• Excellent communication and patient management skills.
• Strong ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
