JOB DESCRIPTION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
AI, Agents & Intelligent Automation
• Design, build, and deploy AI-enabled solutions and agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure 
OpenAI, and the broader M365 Copilot ecosystem, targeting L&D use cases like content authoring
support, learner self-service, instructor tools, and feedback synthesis.
• Apply LLMs thoughtfully to real L&D problems, choosing the right approach for each case and 
building solutions that hold up in production.
• Build automated workflows in Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataflows, and SharePoint Online 
that streamline core L&D processes, enrollment and registration, approvals, learner 
communications, completions tracking, and certifications.
• Evaluate code-based versus low-code approaches for each problem and pick the path that scales 
and stays maintainable.
• Use Copilot agents and AI-assisted development patterns to accelerate delivery, treating AI as a 
force multiplier without compromising quality.
• Critically evaluate AI-generated output to ensure the solutions you ship meet a high-quality bar, 
regardless of how they were produced.

Data & Reporting
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting that give L&D and business stakeholders a 
clear view of program performance, enrollments, completions, engagement, certifications, and 
learner feedback.
• Design and manage the data pipelines and integrations that connect our learning, HR, and survey 
systems and support both AI and analytics use cases.
• Translate questions from L&D and business leaders into clean, reliable data products, from raw 
source extraction to polished, decision-ready dashboards.
• Maintain the underlying data, documentation, and refresh cadence that keeps every dashboard 
and automation trustworthy and well-governed.

Collaboration & Delivery
• Partner with stakeholders to identify high-value AI, analytics, and automation opportunities, and 
operate as an independent contributor delivering end to end with minimal supervision.
• Create reusable components, templates, and analytics assets that drive consistency and scale 
across the team.
• Collaborate across time zones with team 

Required Qualification and Skills

Approximately 5-7 years of work experience and 2+ years of relevant experience in AI, analytics, 
automation, or technology-enabled transformation.
• You are interested in how people learn and build skills and how your work can support the learning 
process.
• You are passionate about analyzing and improving workflow through automation and curious about how AI 
can transform performance.
• You have hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying AI agents and AI-enabled solutions, and 
you can speak credibly to how to apply AI to real business problems.

You're comfortable working with LLMs and have a working sense of how to get useful, reliable behavior out of 
them
• You bring strong judgment about when to use code versus low-code, and you build for scale and maintainability 
either way.
• You are critical and discerning about AI-generated output and can recognize the difference between something 
genuinely useful and something that looks plausible but isn't.
• You bring strong data analysis and reporting capabilities, transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable 
insights that support business decisions.
• You have working knowledge of enterprise data modeling and dimensional design (e.g., star schemas, 
normalization), and you build data foundations that scale and stay maintainable as reporting needs grow.
• You are deeply hands-on with the Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataflows, 
and SharePoint Online.
• You apply strong analytical thinking and a systems-oriented mindset, designing repeatable, maintainable 
solutions rather than one-off fixes.
• You communicate clearly across cultures and time zones, ask good clarifying questions, and proactively flag 
risks and blockers.
• You are organized, reliable, and take pride in the quality and accuracy of what you create and
you can manage work end to end with minimal supervision.
 
 Education / Certifications
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in technology, analytics, engineering, or 
 related field.
 Preferred / Nice-to-Have
• Familiarity with applied LLM patterns such as retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and 
prompt engineering.
• Comfort with Python and SQL for analytics, automation, or AI development.
• A relevant Microsoft certification — for example, PL-300 (Power BI Data Analyst) or AI-102 
(Azure AI Engineer).
• Experience integrating systems through custom connectors, REST APIs, or Azure Logic Apps / Functions.
• Exposure to other technology or learning platforms such as Azure, Qualtrics, Cornerstone OnDemand, Workday, or a Learning Experience Platform (LXP).
