職務概要
Guidewire Cloud導入・構築プロジェクトにおいて、システム設計をリードいただくポジションです。
本ポジションでは、Guidewire Cloudプロジェクトの円滑な推進に責任を持ち、アーキテクチャ設計からシステム設計、さらにはITプログラムチームの技術的なリードまで幅広く担っていただきます。大規模なクラウド変革プロジェクトの中核メンバーとして、プロジェクトの成功に直接貢献できるやりがいのある役割です。
業務内容
- Guidewire Cloudプロジェクトにおけるシステム開発プロセス全体を監督する
- クラウドベースのアーキテクチャおよびシステム設計を推進する
- システム上の課題解決およびリスク管理を行う
- プロジェクトチームメンバーに対し、技術的・分析的なサポートを提供する
応募条件・資格
- ベンダー側の立場で、日本国内顧客向けプロジェクトに参画した経験（5年以上）
- ステークホルダーマネジメントの経験
- システムアーキテクチャおよびシステム設計に関する高い専門知識
- 顧客課題の解決に向けて、現地のデリバリーチームと連携しながら業務を遂行できる能力
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力
- 日本語ネイティブレベル
歓迎要件
- 保険業界または金融サービス業界での業務経験
- PMP資格を保有し、Agile／Leanプロジェクトの経験がある方
- Guidewire Cloudに関する実務経験
- AWSまたはAzureを活用したシステム構築・統合経験（3年以上）
言語要件
- 日本語：ネイティブレベル（必須）
- 英語：尚可（必須ではありません）
