Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Network Engineer with experience in the responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of the organization's wireless, building, branch, and ATM network infrastructure. This role involves collaborating with various IT departments to ensure optimal network performance, security, and reliability while delivering network projects that align with organizational standards and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the design, implementation, and management of network infrastructure for wireless, branches, buildings, and ATMs.
  • Execute change requests across all network technologies based on new design standards and business requirements.
  • Collaborate with other IT departments to enhance network performance, security, and reliability.
  • Conduct network fault investigation, troubleshooting, resolution, recovery, and root cause analysis.
  • Review and implement complex changes and device upgrades in critical environments.
  • Deliver and implement network projects in accordance with bank standards and requirements.
  • Foster a team-oriented environment focused on achieving organizational targets.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

· Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in network engineering or support, with at least 2 years in a banking environment.

· Certification:

  • Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNA, CCDA, CCNP, etc., are a plus.

· Knowledge and Skills:

  • Practical knowledge and hands-on experience in incident management, root cause analysis, service delivery, project delivery, asset management, regulatory compliance (PID {privliged ID}, SBR {security baseline reviews}, Asset Management into CMDB, automation (scripting)), and documentation SOP.

  • Strong experience in Routing and Switches, EVPN technology, ACI fabric. Experiernce in EVPN Technology is a must.

  • Knowledge in Huawei switches is an added advantange.

  • Strong implementation knowledge of networking protocols such as OSPF, BGP, IPSec, GRE, and STP.

  • Deep working knowledge of BGP routing is required.

  • Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, Wireshark) is advantageous.

  • Situational analysis and decision-making abilities.

  • Quality mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality ADN and CDN services.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Capable of developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners.
