GTM Leader - Energy Sector

As the Director Line of business leader for the Water Line of Business within Industrial Automation Smart Energy at Honeywell, based in Europe, you will lead the end-to-end management of the water portfolio with a strong focus on innovation, software enabled solutions development, and market penetration. This is a people leadership role where fostering a shared vision and driving the growth and development of your team are critical to success. You will report directly to senior leadership and work from our Europe location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will shape the strategic direction of the water business, champion innovative solutions, and ensure the portfolio delivers value to water utility customers across value chain while expanding Honeywell’s presence in the market.
