Operationalize AI at Scale
Improve Outbound Efficiency
Accelerate Pipeline Generation
Ship Fast and Iterate
We're Looking For:
A highly technical GTM operator who enjoys building systems, automations, and workflows that solve real revenue problems. This person thrives in fast-moving environments, is comfortable working across both strategy and execution, and prefers shipping solutions over discussing hypotheticals.
Success in this role is measured by deployed workflows and operational improvements that increase outbound efficiency, pipeline generation, or seller productivity.
Required Qualifications:
-
Hands-on experience working within modern GTM systems including Salesforce, Marketo, Gong Engage, enrichment providers, and outbound engagement platforms.
-
Experience building and maintaining workflows across tools such as Clay, Openprise, Zapier, Replit, or similar orchestration platforms.
-
Strong understanding of outbound operations, lead/account flows, enrichment strategies, segmentation, and GTM data management.
-
In-depth understanding of how MCPs work and demonstrated experience applying best practices for MCP utilization and efficiency.
-
Practical experience applying AI and automation to GTM workflows beyond experimentation.
-
Experience working with LLMs (preferably Claude Cowork & Code), prompt workflows, structured outputs, AI-assisted personalization, and integrating AI outputs into operational systems.
-
Familiarity with APIs, automation logic, webhooks, and lightweight scripting to connect systems and automate processes.
-
Understanding of concepts such as agentic workflows, signal-based automation, RAG, embeddings, or AI orchestration frameworks is a plus.
-
Proven ability to independently build and operationalize workflows from idea → deployment → iteration.
-
Comfortable using no-code, low-code, and lightweight coding approaches to deliver solutions quickly.
-
Strong troubleshooting mindset with the ability to identify bottlenecks and improve workflow reliability at scale.
-
Ability to partner effectively with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Data teams to align priorities and execute quickly.
-
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
-
Highly self-directed and execution-oriented with a strong bias toward action.
-
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and iterating quickly as priorities evolve.
-
Motivated by solving operational problems and building systems that create measurable business impact.
