About the role

Join AGL's Electrification & Innovation team and help accelerate Australia's transition to a cleaner energy future. Reporting to the Growth Manager, you'll support the delivery of go-to-market campaigns and growth initiatives that drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention across our electrification products.

Working within a cross-functional team, you'll identify growth opportunities, contribute to impactful marketing campaigns, and help strengthen AGL's position as a leader in electrification. Success in this role requires a proactive, relationship-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can influence outcomes to deliver commercial results.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Drive growth through innovative go-to-market initiatives by supporting the launch and optimisation of electrification products, customer journeys and sales pathways.

  • Deliver impactful multi-channel marketing campaigns from brief to execution, working with internal teams and external partners to achieve customer growth and commercial outcomes.

  • Turn data into action by analysing campaign results, tracking performance against targets and providing insights that inform future growth strategies.

  • Collaborate across a high-performing cross-functional team to align product, marketing, digital and customer experience initiatives, while contributing to special projects that broaden your exposure across the full growth and marketing ecosystem.

About you:

  • Previous demonstrated experience in a Marketing Coordinator or Strategy role

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.

  • Comfortable analysing campaign results and preparing reports.
