• Responsible for developing consumer insights and understanding that will drive marketing mix 
• Responsible for strategy development including size of price analysis, core target identification, source of growth
• Responsible for developing the marketing mix, ensuring this answers relevant consumer opportunities/pain points as well as ensuring quality alignment across the marketing Ps
• Driving execution with the help of the cross-functional team
• Measuring and monitoring performance
• Leading teams and training talent
• Putting together the total Fin Lit strategy for GCash

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in the end-to-end management of brands
• Experience in FMCG is a plus
• Experience managing teams is a plus
