Growth Marketer

We are seeking a Growth Marketer to lead the execution of strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and deeply passionate about growth marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and manage A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different strategies, including variations in ad copy, landing pages, and user flows.
• Lead the creation of marketing content and creative assets for various campaigns.
• Analyze growth metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports on growth metrics, campaign performance, and other key indicators.
• Manage marketing budgets, including allocation, tracking, and reporting on spend across different campaigns.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a marketing role
• Understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo)
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
• Ability to work during U.S. work hours (PT/ ET)
