Growth Intern (Talent Pool)

As a Growth Intern, you will support end-to-end growth initiatives through market research, competitor analysis, and business strategy execution. In this role, you will help identify market trends, evaluate product-market fit, and contribute to data-driven strategies aimed at optimizing growth, improving unit economics, and enhancing overall business performance.

Job Description:
1) Analyze market trends & evolving parent preferences.
2) Break down competitor strategies & product positioning.
3) Evaluate product-market fit of our current programs.
4) Identify and propose high-impact growth initiatives.
5) Assess unit economics & business viability.
6) Support end-to-end execution (planning → launch → optimization).
7) Monitor performance and continuously refine strategy.

Requirements:

1) Has strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving.
2) Able to translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
3) Highly curious, proactive, and detail-oriented.
4) Comfortable working with data (example: Excel, Google Sheets, Script, Tableau, etc).
5) Familiar with frameworks such as market sizing, competitive benchmarking, and basic financial/unit economics analysis.
6) Has a strong interest in growth strategy, product development, or the education industry.
7) Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business, Economics, Marketing, Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or related fields.
