Your Day-to-Day

• Lead strategic initiatives related to growth, expansion, customer experience, and operational improvements.
• Conduct market research and business analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Translate business goals into practical initiatives and drive execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project outcomes and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Develop insights and recommendations to support business growth.

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree from any major; Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields are preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in consulting, strategy, business operations, project management, startups, or related fields; strong fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Experience in research, business analysis, or project execution is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
