The main role of the Talent Manager is to manage the company's valuable skills and optimize them further: Attract and integrate, retain and develop the skills and performance of talents in order to meet the current and future objectives of the organization and anticipate future needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Talent Management:

At Group level, you will work with the head of Talent management to design and implement EuroAPI Talent policies in a multicultural environment.

Attract:

  • Contribute to development and implementation of employer branding
  • Define and implement apprentice, internship policies and VIE policies with sites
  • Perform some strategic recruitments

Develop

  • Support in Identify and assess talent for global key positions and support sites through a talent network in identifying and developing local talents.
  •  Manage succession plans for global key positions, identify gaps and develop action plans to close the gaps
  • Design, support and plan for the development of the company's high talents and global leaders. Participate in the creation of global leadership programs and set up career plans
  • Boost our Digital learning adoption: Working with local and global HR teams, communication, in order to build strategies and innovative approaches to ensure adoption of our Digital learning offer
  • Manage internal or international mobility in relation with HR BPs on sites & within functions

Retain

  • Support employee survey deployment and definition and implementation of action plans to drive company culture
  • Develop Engagement actions to bring purpose & vision to employees.

Diversity and inclusion

  • Define and lead our DE&I strategy to create a culture of DE&I within the organization,

  • Define actions plans, identify providers and external support,

Performance management

  • Manage campaigns in a continuous improvement approach while revisiting our performance processes to reflect our cultural evolution.

Our requirements

Education / Experience

  • Bac +5 business schools or university with HR specialty

  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience in HR, ideally in talent management, learning or Talent acquisition and as HR BP

Technical & Hard skills

  • Mastery of Human Resources Management techniques

  • Ability to be constantly on the lookout for the business environment in order to be aware of the most innovative HR practices

  • Ability to design approaches in all aspects of Talent management in link with business needs

  • Computer skills

  • Fluency in English essential
