Job Title: Delivery Manager – Data ProjectsRole OverviewThe Delivery Manager will oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of data projects while ensuring strong stakeholder alignment and seamless collaboration between business and technology teams. The role emphasizes structured project governance, clear communication, and disciplined delivery management. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience driving data or analytics initiatives and managing diverse stakeholder groups in fast-paced environments.________________________________________Key ResponsibilitiesProject Delivery & GovernanceLead project planning, scope definition, scheduling, and execution.Manage timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and overall quality expectations.Maintain project documentation, status reports, and governance updates.Facilitate Agile or hybrid delivery ceremonies when required.Proactively identify and resolve delivery challenges by coordinating with relevant teams. Stakeholder ManagementServe as the primary contact for business and technology stakeholders.Drive requirement discussions and ensure clarity on priorities and expected outcomes.Deliver structured weekly and monthly status updates to stakeholders and leadership.Manage escalations and negotiate scope or timeline changes where necessary.Build strong relationships across teams to foster collaborative delivery.Coordination Across TeamsTrack progress against key milestones such as data preparation, analysis, reporting, and deployment.Ensure alignment with internal delivery guidelines and standards.Support UAT cycles, release planning, and deployment readiness activities.Quality Assurance & Continuous ImprovementReview deliverables for completeness, accuracy, and readiness.Ensure documentation, requirements, and outputs meet agreed quality standards.Promote delivery excellence and contribute to process improvements and team efficiency.Documentation & ReportingMaintain project plans, meeting minutes, communication materials, and change logs.Ensure traceability across requirements, scope changes, and key decisions.Provide input for project reviews, productivity metrics, and lessons-learned assessments.Required Skills & ExperienceExperience5+ years of experience in project delivery or program management.Experience delivering data, analytics, or reporting projects (high-level understanding acceptable).Proven ability to work with cross-functional business and technical teams.Technical/Domain Skills (Lightweight)Basic understanding of data concepts including data flows, reporting, and data quality.Conceptual familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Awareness of cloud or data platforms is advantageous but not mandatory.Soft SkillsStrong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation capabilities.Excellent problem-solving skills and coordination abilities.Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.High degree of ownership, organization, and attention to detail.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
